containment review + clip

Containment (2015) is a British thriller directed by Neil McEnery-West and staring Lee Ross, Sheila Reed, Andrew Leung, Gabriel Senior, William Postlethwaite, Louise Brealey and Pippa Nixon . The film is set in apartment blocks that have been mysteriously sealed off, leaving the residents with no reason or explanation as to why they have been sealed in the apartment blocks. On a quest to find out what is going on, a group of the residents come together in a bid to escape.

I thoroughly enjoyed this film; the actors perfectly embodied how I would imagine such characters would react in such a tense environment. I felt as if I was there with the characters, the story covers approximately a 24hr day from sunrise to sunrise and the film really made you feel as though you had experienced each hour without a dull moment in sight.

This film will have you gripping your seats and shouting at the screen for answers, the definition of a good British thriller.
